Continuous Emission Monitoring
The Monitoring Range
From particulate and flue gas measurement to oxygen for combustion control, each analyser integrates into a single continuous emission monitoring system.
Dust Analysers for Real-Time Particulate Monitoring
Our dust analysers measure particulate matter in the stack continuously, reporting emissions in real time so operators see exactly what is leaving the plant. Fitted directly to the duct or stack, they track dust load through the full operating cycle rather than relying on periodic manual sampling.
Live readings feed the monitoring dashboard and the compliance record, flagging any drift before it becomes a breach and confirming that filtration and scrubbing are performing as they should.
- Continuous particulate measurement
- Real-time mg/m³ readings
- In-stack or in-duct mounting
- Automatic compliance logging
- Confirms filter performance
- Alerts on emission drift
Flue Gas Analysers for Emissions Compliance
Our flue gas analysers measure the composition of the stack gas continuously, covering the pollutants that emission limits are written around, including CO, CO₂, SO₂, NOₓ and HCl. Measurement is live and logged, giving a defensible, auditable emissions record.
Integrated with the rest of the monitoring system, the analysers turn raw gas data into the reports regulators ask for, and give engineers the insight to tune combustion and gas cleaning.
- CO, CO₂, SO₂, NOₓ and HCl
- Continuous, real-time measurement
- Auditable emissions record
- Automated regulatory reporting
- Supports combustion tuning
- Integrates with the full system
Oxygen Analysers for Combustion Control
Our oxygen analysers measure O₂ in the flue gas with a fast-response sensor, the key input for efficient, complete combustion. Too little oxygen and combustion is incomplete; too much wastes fuel and cools the chamber, so accurate, continuous O₂ is what keeps a thermal plant both clean and economical.
The signal feeds back into combustion air control, the same closed loop that lets our incinerators hold performance as the waste stream changes.
- Fast-response O₂ sensor
- Continuous flue-gas measurement
- Feeds combustion air control
- Improves fuel efficiency
- Lowers emissions
- Proven on Macrotec plant
Emissions Data You Can Report With Confidence
Fully integrated systems
Dust, flue gas and oxygen measurement come together as one system, supplied and integrated with your thermal plant or fitted to an existing stack.
Real-time data and reporting
Live dashboards and automatic logging turn raw stack readings into the auditable emissions record and the reports regulators require.
Compliance-ready
Built around the emission limits and reporting frameworks that govern our clients' operations, so a plant can prove it is within limits.
Monitoring for Stacks Across Heavy Industry
Macrotec monitoring systems run on incinerator and cremator stacks and across power, cement, mining, chemical and waste-to-energy plants, wherever stack emissions must be measured and reported.
Incinerator & cremator stacks
Power generation
Cement, lime & minerals
Mining & metallurgy
Chemical & petrochemical
Waste-to-energy & municipal
Built for Emissions Reporting and Compliance
Our monitoring systems are built to deliver the continuous, auditable emissions data that regulators require, supporting the EU Industrial Emissions Directive (2010/75/EU), South African NEM:AQA and the EN 14181 quality-assurance framework for automated measuring systems, with the applicable requirements confirmed for each project. Our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems are independently certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
