Service and Maintenance
Our Services
Three services that work together: keep the plant running, make it run efficiently, and see what it is doing between visits.
Maintenance, Repairs and Refurbishment
Our maintenance and repair service covers scheduled servicing, emergency breakdown response and full refurbishment of thermal process plant. After-sales agreements are built around how hard the equipment works and how far it sits from the nearest workshop, with on-site technical support and spares held against the units we have supplied.
Refurbishment extends the life of plant that is still fundamentally sound, with refractory, burners, controls and instrumentation replaced or upgraded rather than the whole unit. Operator training is part of the same service, because most avoidable failures start with how a machine is run.
- Scheduled preventive servicing
- Emergency breakdown response
- Full plant refurbishment
- On-site technical support
- Spares availability
- Operator training
Combustion Optimisation and Efficiency
Combustion optimisation is on-site and remote analysis of how a unit is actually burning, rather than how it was designed to burn. We measure combustion air, oxygen and temperature through a real operating cycle, then tune the settings and control strategy around the waste stream the plant is genuinely receiving.
The result is usually less fuel for the same throughput and lower emissions at the stack, which matters twice over: fuel is a running cost, and emissions are a compliance risk. The same analysis tends to surface mechanical problems that a fuel bill only hides.
- On-site and remote analysis
- Combustion air and O₂ tuning
- Lower fuel consumption
- Reduced stack emissions
- Matched to your waste stream
- Any make of thermal plant
Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics
Remote monitoring puts real-time telemetry from your plant onto a cloud-based dashboard, so operating conditions and emissions stay visible around the clock wherever the equipment sits. A one-year monitoring plan is included as standard on our larger configurations.
Because our engineers see the same data, a developing fault can be diagnosed before it becomes a breakdown, and a site thousands of kilometres from the nearest technician gets an informed answer instead of a site visit. The same trends feed the optimisation work and the compliance record.
- Real-time plant telemetry
- Cloud-based dashboard
- Remote fault diagnostics
- Round-the-clock visibility
- 1-year plan on larger units
- Feeds the compliance record
Support That Outlasts Commissioning
Serviced by the people who built it
Our engineers designed and manufactured the plant they service, so diagnosis starts from how the unit was meant to behave rather than from a manual.
Spares held, not chased
Spares availability and responsive after-sales service keep equipment running long after commissioning, which matters most on sites far from the nearest workshop.
Support that reaches remote sites
Remote telemetry and diagnostics extend our reach to mines, islands and rural hospitals, where putting a technician on a plane is the slow and expensive option.
Service Across Every Sector We Supply
We service incinerators, cremators, recovery furnaces and emissions plant on hospital sites, mines, abattoirs, lodges and municipal depots, including remote and island locations.
Healthcare & medical waste
Mining & remote camps
Abattoirs & animal waste
Hotels, lodges & resorts
Municipal & general waste
Industrial & metallurgical
Backed by ISO Certification
Servicing thermal plant means working on equipment that has to stay within emission limits and safe to operate, so our service work is carried out under the same certified management systems as our manufacturing: ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Where maintenance or optimisation affects emissions performance, the applicable EU IED (2010/75/EU) and South African NEM:AQA requirements are confirmed for each site.
